. Time waits for no one. 7 hearty years gone by very quickly.
Hip hip hip hurray !!! Our baby connect is 7 years old. How time flies. It seems like yesterday I made a A cake for connect 6th birthday. Its not long ago I had Kenkey-and-Fish-A-befitting-lunch-for-connect-6th birthday. I remember quite well celebrating 6th connect anniversary In a meet-up in Nigeria. .Now it’s July 2023 and how connect has grown really. Right from the founding fathers all who brought up the idea. I think of the beginning local guides the beta testers. The engineers behind the scenes and curtains of connect who we never see but feel their impact always. Then the Googlers who surface to help us when we need them. Now the connect moderators,luckily I got a chance to be one of them Lol !! Then the very important people the local guides in general. All wishing a 7th connect anniversary.
The question on my mind,perhaps you have the same. How do we celebrate connect 7th anniversary? Well a nice in-person event will be great wouldn’t it? Yes me too I’ll love that but anyway in the absence of that what???
I have an idea to help make this 7th anniversary an interesting and memorable one.If you want to join me very good,the more the merrier. As a community builder I enjoy working with other local guides for the betterment of the forum. Now my idea is to write a post on all the seven boards of connect. One post for every year of connect and each one of the post for connect at 7 !!!
Please note that all these may not be according to the rankings here on this list but I’ll write the posts and carry out the activities as time and occasion permits me to. My achievements post will be the last and a summary of these activities and posts
Another thing is that the posts and activities will be all carried out in July. Please feel free to join if you are free and like this idea. I’m available on pm in and out of connect for consultation and idea. I have loads of them ans will be happy to share them with you all,thank you in advance.
