Thai food is famous around the world, but would you like to try the true taste of Thai street food? Being street food doesn’t mean it’s not clean or low hygiene. For me, it’s the food from local people who knows how to make it best and deliver it in any forms that works for their economy such as carts, market stalls or food stands.
I’ve been living in Bangkok for almost 30 years. What I’ve learned is that there are always old places that are new for me. Food places that I never hear or try before, but they are secretly famous in specific areas. A stall hidden inside some alleys, a cart moved from one place to another, or a local restaurant only opens for a few hours because they’re sold out quickly. Those are the charms beyond delicious taste of Thai street food for me. I like places that may not have various dishes in the menu, but the one or two that they have is super awesome.
Here I’ve curated the list of great street food places in Bangkok. https://goo.gl/maps/xnLxAxHvZeNoY3oD7 Based on the popularity of the places and locations that not far from Bangkok attractions, so you can immerse yourself in all senses to cultural sights and local taste.
