When I visited Vegas pre-covid, I didn’t hire cab cab once. I landed Vegas midnight, meet a local at airport bus terminal and he helped me with routes to travel like a local. Everyday, I purchase $5 daily pass within bus and travel across the city. Metro service at Vegas is very cheap and network is throughout the city.
