How to search a local guide by city?

I’m looking for the option to search for local guide by City how do I do that? Currently I’m looking for a local guide for Waco Texas area.

Currently there is not a list or the possibility to search for an specific LG , but using the app you can use the search bar or pinch and zoom to Texas area and tap the Explore tab and swipe up , this way contributions from that area will apear in your screen, as well as the local guides who uploaded them. Next to their name you can see the “Follow” button.

This is a way of finding LG in a certain area.

Further to what @LaloPadilla has mentioned I’d suggest adding your favorite cities from the link below:

https://www.localguidesconnect.com/t5/custom/page/page-id/FavoriteLocations

After adding up to 3 cities you can visit the respective city pages and check who has posted there.

After that, you can follow them or connect with them directly via personal messages.

Here are a few more tips to help you connect with local guides in a city.

Hi @LaloPadilla my brother-in-law got banned from Google Local Guides. He is a 8 level contributor, he cannot access Google Connect to post a comment and ask for help. He asked me to. Please help him. His account is @user_not_found thank you so much!

Hi @MelRoca ,

Don´t worry sometimes that can happen but there is a solution, please read and share with him this useful post Why was I removed from the Local Guides program?

Follow the steps in the post:

  • Wait 10 days and don’t create other accounts
  • After that you can fill the Appeal form

He’ll need to be patient but I’m sure it will work if he has not violated any of the program rules, a lot of friends have been banned and been accepted again!

Hola Lalo. Somos paisanos, vivo en CdMx. Apenas me inscribí a LG pero aún no subo cosas. Me gustaría saber si hay alguna forma de contactarte para aprender. No soy tan jovén como tú y me interesa saber recomendaciones de expertos.

Yo me dedico a estrategias de Google y manejo aprox 30 clientes a quienes me gustaría darles el abc para mejorar la reputación de sus negocios. No se si deba ponere mi correo para que me escribas o si eso rompe alguna regla.
