As you seen above my contribution which emailed for me each month in september 2019, Desember 2019, and January 2020.
There is some decrease on my points, from 10.000++ on January become 7.000++
What should I do to get those about 3.000 points back ???
Anyone can help me here ???
It takes time and energy to get those 3.000 points.

Thanks for reaching out. Regarding missing points, points are awarded per high-quality contribution of a place and all contributions must be made public. Some of your contributions may be marked private if they do not adhere to our policies (reviews, photos and videos, community).
@ArifHarahap Some of the time contributions numbers go down, may be due to Photos and Reviews that don’t adhere to Google Maps Contributed Content Policy are subject to removal by the automated system filters or flagged by others. Such items that could be up for removal and or may be marked as private include duplicitous photo uploads or low quality reviews. When this happens, the contribution is no longer counted in the total contributions. You can check the situation by looking at your Maps contribution profile when logged vs in incognito mode.
There could be other scenarios when contribution number goes down, for example if a place gets deleted, contributions towards the place is no longer counted as well.
There is also the situation about if one deletes personal Google Maps activity records, which will remove points from Answers given on Google Maps. Read here
The above are just possibilities, and does not necessarily apply exactly to your situation. If there is any system issue on points, it should affect a big group of users, so that may not likely be the case. Regardless, just keep contributing good quality contributions, don’t worry too much about the point. Very soon, you will earn back those contribution points and more.

I have read your reply and find a conclusion, I might delete by coincident my location history 
, which then I found out aren’t returnable 
. How poor I am, made mistake on my own…

Sorry about your loss. You might be able to find some useful inspiration on how you can earn back some of the 3000 points by helping out in the Local Guides Clean the Map-project. A great place to start is here.

As per above subject my contributions at Google Map Profile showing wrong information as my contributions which was yesterday as 4900 same showing today as 4477. You are requested to resolve this issue as soon as.

Points may be deducted if your contribution is determined to be in violation of our content policy. Contributions that violate our policies do not count toward your Local Guides level. For more details you can read Points, levels, and badging
On the detail, I can see same photos added to two different places, videos not related to the places, photo not originally yours.
All this violation can determine the reduction of points and, in some case, the removal from the program

I agree with the opinion expressed by @ErmesT .
However, in the majority of cases, the major reason for the reduction in points was the automatic deletion of history through the settings in the web and app activity.
I suggest you check the setting once again at the link https://myactivity.google.com/ and ensure that you have selected the option
“Keeping activity until you delete it manually” and not anything else.
Also, note that the loss in point would be unrecoverable.
ABSOLUTELY @C_T you are 100% correct.
BTW, a difference of 175 photos is also present. The combination of the two possibility can lead another drop too
