How to report/restore a hijacked place of interest (Shopping Centre)?

I’ve found another hijacked (and moved) place again.

The location is a shopping centre, but it seems someone has hijacked it, moved it and renamed it to a personal business located a couple of miles away. They’ve even changed the place description, but if you go through the location’s pictures, you’ll notice that the pictures and reviews have nothing to do with what the new location purports to do.

This is what the location was changed to:

How can it be fixed, as I did try updating it several times, but the contributions were not accepted.
Can you kindly assist, as there are tens of businesses in this location.

Soetwas ist ganz schlimm und ist bei mir auch schon vorgekommen, dadurch liegen mittlerweile die zu der ursprünglich Rezension gehörenden Bilder, mit vielen aufrufen auf dem Abstellgleis.
