Hi, how do you remove one particular follower on google maps?
I’m not sure if this thread is on the right section, if it is not, forgive me, point me to the right direction. Thank you!

Hello, @NotMike , welcome to Connect. Yes, you wrote on the right place.
To remove a follower you have to tap on the three dots on the right side of the profile and select “Remove”. In this way that profile will be no longer notified about what you post in Google Maps.
As you also restricted the profile, only accepted followers will be able to see what you post.
Of course this will not hide your contributions, that will remain visible to everyone in the business listings where posted.
Another option, to block only a specific individual, can be to open the profile you want to block, and tap on the three dots on the top right corner, selecting block
In this way, even if your profile is public, the blocked profile will not be able to see the contributions on your profile.

@ErmesT Expanding on that question by @NotMike , does the “Follower” get alerted or notified in any way that they have been removed or blocked?

Sorry for the late reply, @tony_b (I’m on vacation). No, I don’t think they get alerted or notified.
There is no way to restore a removed follower @DebsW , unless they follow you again
