Hey guys. Today I received an e-mail from google with a redemption code of a gift. However while I was proceeding towards submitting the order a prompt popped up saying " VIEW PRODUCT BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER". I couldn’t find any option to view the product. Can anyone tell which part I’m missing?
I received an email about receiving free socks for my January contribution as a Google Local Guide: (…“your January contributions unlocked a special perk”)
After entering the code and filling out the page that appeared, the page locks up after click the Submit button. (I have tried repeatedly on my laptop and phone and get the same results.)
After one attempt, I got a page that said this:
"You have 1 points to spend in the redemption
Click view on a product to see its details or add it to your basket."
No products or links appear on that page so I can’t add anything to my basket.
I received a mail about getting a pair of socks as a perk. But when I go to redeem it, the site tells me to click on a product, but it is showing a blank
Today I got a mail saying I’m eligible for a special edition Google local Guide Socks. But when I try to redeem it, its taking forever. The site is not loading properly. When I finally managed to load it, after entering my shipping details, the page becomes unresponsive. Is anybody else facing this issue?

Yes according to “down for everyone or just me” it’s not just me. I’ve been trying since I got the email at 6:35 and the code expires tonight. I feel like a pigeon pecking for a pellet in some test box…
Hey man, it finally worked for me. You have to be like really,really patient. Wait for a while. The site is slow and unresponsive most of the time, but I waited for a while and it finally worked. So keep trying.
