How to protect themselves from extortionists who give bad reviews on Google Maps?

Today the previous reviews of other clients are very important for all clients, but taking advantage of this, many criminals dedicate themselves to improving or worsening business profiles, how to protect themselves from extortionists who give bad reviews on Google Maps?

Where can I consult or request a review, I will tell you about the case, I have a business that a person called but offering a demonstration of what they could do to improve the reviews of my business, it is a company with a telephone number from an Arab country, They told me to see the reviews with 5 stars that they had given me, but later they wanted to extort me saying that if I did not send them money then they would not stop giving me negative votes or 1 stars, I did not pay them because I did not ask them for any service and when I report them as out of context. Google people say they won’t remove them, what can I do? Those extortionists are destroying the good reputation of my business and Google doesn’t listen to me.

Hello @nelsonr10

This Community forum is for Local Guides and therefore, you would be better to raise your issue which relates to your business in the Google Business Profile Help Community

In the meantime I need to also let you know that it is against the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions to use your Local guide account for your business as clearly stated in the Who is qualified to be a Local Guide?, Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program."

Gracias, la primera respuesta era mas que suficiente, muy oportuna y me resuelve, pero la segunda aclaración me resulto pedante porque no es mi caso.
