How to properly report harassing reviews

I’m writing today to ask how to do a better job at keeping an eye on harassing reviews in Google maps. Of course I’ve dealt with some reviews that needed to be removed, most often during review bombing.

Now I’ve been made aware of a review where somebody didn’t follow covid protocols and then tried to incite a reaction by posting the home adress of the employee.

For the past month or so I have been reporting this review with the “personal information” option, and nothing has happened.

Is there anything I can change?

Hello @BelviGER

Thank you for your vigilance and effort to improve the maps. Wonder what medium you used to report these reviews in the past? You can send a send feedback to Google team.

Well perhaps you already know that you can flag this review in question and even report the Local Guide entirely. Please find details in this post on how to report fraud on the maps Here and also Here.

perhaps some other moderators will send in a better answer tomorrow.

Are only some people allowed to speak out about bullying, corruption, and injustice to steer the narratives thereof and control the flow of information? This is one of the chief questions I ask in my book which, ironically, doesn’t seem to be available for everyone to read at Nothing Significant Happened Today (though I can read it fine on my end) and I’m not sure if it’s available to everyone on Amazon either. It may be the most censored book in the world. Are mass numbers of ordinary everyday citizens covering up injustices while distracting you with fake ones?

Are mass numbers of people conspiring to conceal a key contributor to pervasive narcissism? Have mass numbers of people secretly made the transition to a hidden social network? Has the future been around much longer than contemporary thought dictates? Please feel free to read my book (if you can).
