Miniature style is simply a style that applied to your pictures, videos to make the subjects look tiny and cute.
A. What subject can be suitable with miniature style?
Everything: animals, landscape, people, etc.
B. What kind of picture can be suitable with miniature style?
A really far distance from the subject is the best
C. How to make a miniature picutre with your phone?
An example is a resident area I took in Ha Long.
- I open it with Snapseed ( a google photo edit software, and of course it is free)
- Choose Tools, and Lens Blus
- Click Linear Lens
- I set the numbers like this
- And Boom, we have a , miniature picute. Save and post it.

When i am not using my Lensbaby system,snapseed offers a great blur tool as an alternative way to make such an effect.

It is the analog option for the “Miniature effect”.
You can achive the same visual effect using a Lensbaby Composer Pro II with an Edge 80 lens of the same brand.
