How to load a video on Google maps?

I Have trouble with load video on my review, there no option to do it, at least i didn’t found it, any one had this trouble? or now the process to make it.

Hi, @ElyTS

You can add photos or video on a POI in Google maps exactly in the same way, the only difference is that, for making a video, you have to keep the shutter pressed. The maximum lenght of a video taken with a phone is 10 seconds. Please read: Add, remove, or share photos and videos

According to my experience, the videos don’t actually appear attached to your reviews

Please make sure to download the latest version of Google maps. If you still have the same issue, we kindly ask you to let us know the following information:

  • what’s the device that you are using?

  • what version of Google Maps do you have installed on your device?

  • send us a screenshot with the error message that appears on your screen.

Thank you for your support.

I’m using a Samsung S9, android 9
Google Map version 10.22.1

The app does not offer any mean to me to add video to a new/old review, I can only add pictures. The folders containing videos are not visible or videos are not visible within that folder.

I can only add videos from the location page but such videos are not recognised in my achievement. See attached screenshot, please, showing videos uploaded but 3 recognised only in the badge page…

Let me know please, in case you need more info from my side.
