I am new in this community but I want to grow my points by doing those tasks. But it seems like some of them are quite difficult to find. I don’t know exactly what does “rating” is, and I don’t know how to do it to get some points from it, even the “answer” task. Please help. This will help me a lot to grow.
Rating should be called “Star-only ratings” because that is what they are. It is not something to be proud of. I think it is best to keep Rating down and only use them as a reminder for writing a proper review later.
I will let someone else explain how to get points for answers. But first, please share what platform you using Maps on.

You can have a detailed answers to your questions just clicking on your avatar, then on Read More, on your profile in the Google Maps App. From there you will reach Points, levels, and badging
Regarding ratings, the points for ratings are migrated to the points for the reviews, when you write one. So the perfect value for rating is zero. More details on FAQ: Why my rating is so low?

As indicated in there, Make sure that your Web & App Activity is on.
If not, your points can be deleted

Having the rating count as zero is a good sign! That means you have posted reviews to all the visited places.
We can add a review only after including a rating to that place.
Once done, the point for rating the spot gets clubbed with the review.
However, it’s unbelievable that you never received a prompt to answer some simple yes/no type questions for the visited places. It may be so that you have chosen to delete the web and app history periodically. That deletes the answers also. I suggest while keeping the web and app history on, please select to retain that forever.
Further, there is yet another quick way to get the questions to answer. Go through the menu option “Contribute” → “Contribute now”. Then scroll down to “check the facts”. Slide horizontally to reach the section “Answer questions”. That will present all the questions related to the places visited so far.
