How to get more quality from your photos - TIP to get more beautiful colours

I want to show you how to make nicer photos that you can use as a local guide. You don’t must buy very cost telephone or camera to make high quality photos - i am using cheap phone which have RAW files format.

Why RAW format ?

Plain file JPEG is compressed, what mean it don’t have there is not so much information about photo. If we take RAW pictures, we can put them in a special program that will make our picture more colorful.

See how it works. For example: this is the photo that has the most views on my profile.

How to make it ?

Use any application that can edit raw files (search by google)

You can say: Okey, i have the newest phone with dozens of filters and my photos is very good.

Yes of course, but if you want to have more control on colours, you must using RAW format. Profesionals photographers use that. Let’s see:

Now i change colours:

The final result:

And that’s all.

The only thing you have to do is change the values on the sliders. If you want find android application, just search “Adroid raw editor”.Enjoy

Hi @PawelPysz ,

@PawelPysz Those are really some nice tips. But we local guides usually shoot with mobile and don’t invest that much time required to edit the photos.

@SaifIS I know it is often time-consuming, but sometimes people like to spend a few minutes to get a better quality photo once.
If you want to speed up your work in RAW files, you can change the color of the entire photo with one click. Most programs of this type have preset photo settings, so it saves time.
RAW editing = more colors, but sometimes it takes time. I agree

@PawelPysz I definitely agree on the point of quality. If we want to edit then there is no better option than taking them as RAW. Thanks for your tips again.

Hey @PawelPysz ,

That was a really nice tip and the comparison shows a stark difference between original and modified pic. It really makes the picture more effective when applied to an apt filter. I use Snapseed app to touch up mine. It’s a very useful app by Google.
