@JohnPeter I was under the impression that the ‘Messages’ function allowed business owners you are following (provided you are not privately following) to message you. I have yet to receive a message despite publicly following several local businesses.
Additionally, where on a Google business listing can you find ‘Messages’ or is that the same thing as ‘Questions & Answers’ @MashaPS ?

Please bare in mind that the business needs to have messaging turned on for this feature to work and for the message button to appear on their listing.

Thank you very much @MashaPS & I guess I have yet to see the ‘Messages’ option visible on a Google business listing but I will “be on the hunt” as to better understand its functionality and advantages.

The option will be visible on the business listing’s tab once activated by it.
