I got an email saying I had a new perk to redeem. I got excited as this was my first perk but when I clicked the redeem button and copied and pasted the code, the following error shows up: (also see image)

I tried manually typing. Used same case, without spaces, tried it on my phone as well as computer but no luck

I am posting this here because I have been working on this for over an hour and this is the closest I can find to a help forum.
I have tried on 4 different browsers plus mobile; on each, I have clicked the link in the email after copying the code, pasted the code and every single time I get the error message that there is a problem with my âcode or emailâ.
Iâve tried the FAQ multiple times and it tells me âWe recommend clicking the link in your emailâ WHICH I HAVE BEEN DOING.
The last attempt through the safari browser failed and when I tried the FAQ again it said a support ticket with my e-mail and code was created and that I should be getting an e-mail shortly.
I have gotten no e-mail so far and I have very high doubts about it coming. This post is my last hope as I have to redeem it by October 31st, 2019.
I just received an email 30 mins ago reminding me about my sock perk that I had missed earlier. I clicked on the oink provided, and it gave me an error:

Iâve tried to copy + paste the code exactly from the email multiple times but to no avail. Any ideas how I could redeem the perk?
i got mail from google stating that you have earned perk and redeem, as I was unable to redeem the code please tell me how to fix this issue I am also posting the error snap

We recommend copying the redemption code directly from your perk email.â Tried several times, know I copied/pasted correctly, and it even seems to verify when I enter the relevant info on the FAQ page under âWhy doesnât my redemption code work?â There doesnât seem to be any way to contact anyone for assistance. What a bummer.
