What is a Badge?
A badge can be considered a reward. Badges are earned for various achievements, and you can track your progress through them.
For example, when you write your first post on connect, you’ll earn the “New Writer” badge.
How can you check your badges?
Its very simple,
Go to your profile and click on View Profile
In the summary section, you will see some badges.
By clicking on More Badges, a tab will open showing all your badges.
Alternatively, you can directly click on Badges
Here is the link to see all badges available on connect, green dotted are your badges.
How many badges do you have? I have earned 11 badges so far. What about you?
@Sagarkanherkar is hosting a meetup to celebrate achievements and share some badge stories. Do join us and share your badge stories! See you on 28th December, 3:30 pm IST
Completely in resonance with you @SaylliWalve1
Badges are the ultimate tokens of appreciation for our contributions on any platform, especially on Connect.
I lost a couple of badges during the recent migration from old Connect.
Here’s the collage of the 28 badges I made for the meetup by Sagar.
Tip: If we click on any badge on our profile page, it opens the dedicated page for that badge with more information. Then click ‘Granted to nnn local guides’ — this will open the list of all local guides awarded the badge so far.
A nice and quick way to connect with local guides with similar achievements
Thanks for this informative post @SaylliWalve1 yes absolutely badges are a way of motivation through which we motivate ourselves to do more and getting on a better position day by day.
