That is a brilliant question. I missed mentioning this.
The fare remains the same surprisingly on the same route, for both AC and non-AC buses.
Yes, this is entirely government owned and private bus operation is not allowed.
Double Decker buses ply on some routes though they are few since not all roads in Pune are ready for double-deckers due to a large number of trees on the streets.
Also, the information about public transport buses in Mauritius is mind-boggling.
The Wi-Fi and USB ports on the bus are great features for office goers and students alike.
Fully appreciate your efforts…
Yes, arrows are extremely useful to pin-point some aspect…

This looks impressive, @Annaelisa ![]()
Both the bus shelter and the station facilities.
I’ve used the bus service in Germany extensively in the Munich and Rosenburg areas.
The bus shelters were a bit smaller than expected, though they were decent.
Good reminder to include the toilet facility in my post.
I will pick some photos of the washrooms on my next bus trip - they are equally awful in Pune too ![]()
Thank you for the appreciation, dear @Pajamatraveller ![]()
As a travel enthusiast, I’d love to know about the city bus facility in Kolkata.
