Hi @user_not_found

It is not possible to add or update towns or villages boundaries on Google Maps, only the Google Maps team can do this. You can use the “Send Feedback” option. For more details, you can read: Report an error on the map

Best way is is to report directly to the Google Maps Help Community and provide them some official document (Administrative map) to help them to verify the issue.

Hi @user_not_found

Please note you need to add links or attach some official documentation supporting your point. This needs to show exactly where the boundaries should be.

Cheers

Hi @user_not_found

Google One support is not relevant.

In my experience Google never replies to feedback. You need to check yourself if your suggested changes get implemented. That is how it works.

If you give feedback with sufficient evidence changes can happen within hours or a few days. Some changes can take a lot longer. Changes to the list of categories usually takes a couple of months.

Imagine the staff needed to communicate with Maps users…

Sorry, it surely is not very polite, but that is how it works.

Learn from the outcome of your feedback and use it in future feedback.

Cheers

Morten

PS when using the Maps support forum and here on Connect we sometimes get replies to our feedback. But only on second hand via experts or the Google Moderators.
