I want to understand how my review is not meeting google policies and is getting filtered for public visibility. How can I contact and discuss with google support person?
Sharing my review for others to share their opinion:
Horrible policies of management in terms of handling dealers mistake. They admit dealer mistake but outrightly deny to take any action or reprimand or make it up for the customers. For any player, who is not vigilant enough or know games rules in and out should not go there as at the end of day any dealer mistake will fall onto player responsibility according to there rules. Be it incorrect raking or action calling. Most importantly dealer was an unapologetic arrogant who never admitted his mistake. Pathetic dealer and policies of leadership. Stay away folks! Show them the value of customers.

Reviews get filtered out for all sorts of reasons @Amitmanchanda ranging from including inappropriate content that does not meet the Maps User Contributed Content Policy through to more subtle things like Maps determining that multiple accounts have left similar content. All of these things and others form part of the spam protection in Maps. Overly emotive text or overly negative text or text reviewing the person instead of the business will often get made private. Looking at your public content I would suggest that you tend to fall into this trap.
You’re welcome to post your review text here for feedback and perhaps community members could propose wording that would be less susceptible to being made private.

@PaulPavlinovich thanks for your reply. So, our emotions in reviews are moderated but business and their employees are free to express there racism or arrogance or disrespect? This moderation on emotion or amount of negative seems to be more favorable to business rather than spreading awareness about business true practices.
Not at all @Amitmanchanda it is reasonable to express your displeasure with a business experience, but using moderate words and stating only the facts and how the facts made you feel personally will mean that you are more likely to be read and believed by other Local Guides. Using extreme words might be dismissed for shock value.
It is best to stick with facts over emotion when writing a review. While in many places in the world we have an expressed or an implied right to free speech - expressing your views can have consequences personally and legally if you are anything but truthful and factual. Even when being truthful and factual a business owner could take legal action but they would be probably less likely to succeed.
Now these are just my thoughts, I would recommend all Local Guides read and consider Maps User Contributed Content Policy as well as the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions when contributing our content because those are the rules against which your content will be measured either by computer or human moderation. Straying away from that policy can also have consequences. It is worth checking on them from time to time if you have read them because they change from time to time. All Local Guides also need to consider local laws and customs when leaving a review.
