How to check number of video views on my profile?

Hi, sorry for the dumb question, but how can I find out which one of my videos have the highest number of views, or how many views a particular video I uploaded has? For pictures it is easy peasy, you just go into your photos categories and simply sort by views. However, there is no video category were you can browse your videos. Are we supposed to manually find the video with the highest number of views? Even if that is the case I cannot see the number of views… Many thanks in advance, sorry if this has been posted elsewhere but I cannot find it.

Hi Trachemysta, are you referring to contributed videos?
At the contribution pages, it should place with photos altogether and showing view counts with same concept.

Edit: oops, my fault.
I was thinking about the total views.
If you can have access to a desktop computer, please consider the answer here below by @JustJake .
I believe actually this is the only way to check the views of every single video, even if may take time.

Hi @Trachemysta , thank you for asking.
There is only a way to see the total views of your videos in Google Maps, and it can be done on mobile only:

  • Go to your profile in the Google maps App, and tap on the number of contributions.
  • On the top you have the special badges. Slides them to reach the “Director” badge.
  • Tap on it to see the details. In there you will also find the number of views
Unfortunately the figure visible in there is updated with a bit of delay, but it will gove you a good approximation

Congratulations for your over Five Million views,

Hi @Trachemysta, the trick many of us use when updating our Star Video is to

  1. Sort photos by view
  2. Open a ‘Find Text’ box (ctrl+F on PC)
  3. Search for “0:”

Because all of our videos have a time overlay of 0:xx, you can search for them using the common “0:” on each one.

This was not my discovery, but I cannot recall who came up with it. I hope someone will be able to give credit to the LG who discovered this quick and simple method to search for our Top Video.

EDIT: It was the genius of @MattGatlin that led to this discovery. Thanks for the reminder, @AdamGT

Hi @Trachemysta, just letting you know i´m marking the response of @JustJake as the solution to your question, as it is the best way to find your video with the highest number of views.
You can also mark a specific comment as a solution in your future posts selecting the :ballot_box_with_check: icon in the response that solves your question.
Also i´m adding the tag How-tos to your post because it can help other users who have the same question in the future.
