There are many places and points of interests which need reviews and detailed pictures. Unfortunately, there are no options for ratings, writing reviews and adding pictures. I even don’t see any reviews either, to those attractions. Please help: Here is a link and picture for more detail:

To avoid spamming, Maps doesn’t provide an option to add reviews or photos to many places.
That’s perhaps on a request from the local authorities.
Nevertheless, if you have clicked any photos for this particular POI, Maps may request you to include those in due course of time. However, a review would not be possible.
Hi @jaxy999 to me this location looks like there is something that is not right about it, there is a possibility of duplication of the same location, for any condition we are suppose to see contact details such as phone number and website. I found another one with the same name and this might be the original location since it also have reviews and more photos compared to the one you shared here. See this link Hubei Provincial Museum.
In a condition like this, you will need to report it as duplicates once you confirmed this, after that, a follow up will be made and it might be merged to form one location if approved. Not all Maps functionality is available in all regions @jaxy999 China activity may be affected by the US Government requirements.

@Raphael-Mahumane Thank you for your valuable suggestions. It is very helpful. I got the link you shared and will write there. I tried to locate it again on map. But this location is only visible while searching with it’s name. It can’t be seen on the map on zooming in. And, there are more such attractions around there whose names and details are not visible by zooming in the location. Hope Google team will work on that to make easier to the users.
