How to add certain tags on Local Guide profile?

Hi, I have many questions about How the TAGS Work
I’ve been joined Google Local Guide for more than 5 years, I have visit a hundreds restaurants and write some reviews
Sometimes I get specific tags for the restaurant I have visit, like “cafe”, “meatball restaurant”, “noodles”, etc.
Sometimes I get specific tags for the area I have visit, like “Seoul”, “Jakarta”, etc.
I don’t really understand how it works, because when I visit some restaurants and areas (which is been visited by other LG’s) I don’t get the same tags !
Based on my post and reviews I should have more than 145 tags, but I only got 100 tags.

Some tags showed right after I post a review, some tags need several days / weeks to be visible.

I need your help, can you explain it to me how it works? there’s lack information about it on internet.

Regarding this labels or tag whatever you care to care it,it’s automatically generated by the AI on the profiles of each local guides.

You can add or tick them yourself.

I don’t think its of a great importance. It shows at a glance what your reviews or activities are mostly based or located. Mine shows the aggregate reviews in certain geographical location. It also shows the amount of shopping mall reviews I have,others include cake Lol, restaurants etc.

Thanks for asking.

I think there is a simple answer to why the number of the new tags is limited. If all possible tags were added then the value would go down. They would take up too much space and not really show the focus and what topics are most relevant to the Local Guide.

@SholaIB , you wrote: “You can add or tick them yourself”. I’m not aware of how we can select and unselect these tags ourselves on our own profile. Please explain.

Sorry about that it was a typo and an error I meant to say you Can’t !!!. Did you also noticed that I said it’s the automatically generated by the AI??? Maybe you didn’t please read the reply properly again :slightly_smiling_face:
