Hi Local Guides,
I have a question about Google Maps hotel listings.
When I search for a hotel like Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra, I see that Google Maps shows a price list from different booking sites (Agoda, Booking.com, Trip.com, etc.) directly under the location.
How can a hotel or property integrate their booking prices so they appear in this list on Google Maps?
- Is it something we can request directly from Google?
- Does it require joining a specific program like Google Hotel Ads?
- Or is it only possible through big booking platforms?
If anyone has experience with this or knows the process, please share.
Thank you in advance!

Yes, @ViasnaPhon, I’m also waiting for this process. Let’s see if local guides have experience with this, too.
You cannot, @SophatCHY
The hotel needs to be claimed and the ownership verified. Then owners can add the relevant links.

But keep in mind this is unrelated to being a Local Guide. Such questions relate to being a business owner on Google Maps.
You can always study the guidelines and features offered to businesses online and politely suggest the business owners take advantage of these. But keep keep in mind we do not represent Google.
Cheers

How about an appointment? Can it be integrated? @MortenCopenhagen
This is well beyond the Local Guides program. Please do the research on the Google Business Profil help pages and the attached community.
Thank you! I dropped a question here; maybe someone has experience. Anyway, thank you, @MortenCopenhagen.
You will be successful in getting the answers you request if you use the relevant forum.
