How is this type of Logo been add, as I 've notice Google rolling this out in Australia? is a post of Kmart Logo Marker, there other one on the Google Maps i.e Fantastic Furniture.

It is not possible all of the business to get label on Google Maps, because this will be too much information for everything to display on the map. Google uses an algorithm to determine when they add a label and if you want to understand more about this, please take a look at this article : Place labels on Google Maps. This was on Google Maps, while I was editing roads at the time.
