How many of you using LG 360 đź“· camera?

Hello everyone,

Again sorry for this meaning less thread but I’m going to purchase a 360 camera/cell phone. LG 360 :camera: camera so please if there is anyone out there who is currently using this device let me know. I’m asking because after the confirmation of photo quality I’ll order it as soon as possible. Also HelloSamsonR already ordered it but I’m not sure about photo quality. Since it is street view approved camera so may be good but many questions are there in my mind. If there is anyone who is currently using it please let me know.

I do @deepakjhic …not bad device…but for great results like this that you can see down you need to use DSLR.

I won LG 360 cam on Ebay auction for 60$ (lucky me)

But OK, Theta V is promising…still to expensive.

DSLR with fisheye lens is best solution or with any lens but you need to make many photos and then to stitch photos using Autopano Giga or some other soft…

Even with LG 360 cam you need to make some edit in Photoshop or with some app like Snapseed…but you will have lot of noise even with 50 ISO if you do not manually edit photo in PHS over PC.

With LG 360 Cam you will have nice and best results if you have great and much light…still stitching is not great as I taught…

If you have money buy Theta V, or DSLR and make 360 Photo with your camera but you can use LG 360 Cam for some 360 photos …or buy some cheap used DSLR with 18mm kit lens and LG 360 Cam…

I don’t know what are you expectations

There is few 360 photo that I make wit LG 360:

Like always, if you want great quality you have to have money or learn and find some other ways…my Sony DSLR a200 is old and broken but still  I am able to make this with basic tripod and old DSLR with bad 18mm lens

Hi @LucioV , hi @deepakjhic !

I use LG360 for “joke” and this camera is great for this. Of course this camera is not good for professional use.

I like the “timelapse” mode of this camera, I hate the lack of self-timer function.

Using this camera with some devices can be difficult, sometime I can’t connect me with this camera.

Hi @NarenChandra thank you for your photos.

Hey @JeslynL is this possible to mark two reply as a solution?

@NarenChandra I use manual mode, lower ISO as much it is possible… be careful with WB and I use Photoshop for edit. You must patch nadir and fix highlight and shadow, levels, contrast, colors, noise and Sharp…

Thanks @user_not_found these tips might help me a lot.

From my experience, use 150 to 200 maximum ISO…for day and night, best choice is 50 but…

Hi @HelloSamsonR ,

I am sorry to hear that. I do not mean that. As Connect do not give us indication that someone is replying to a thread such that the thread should not be moved.

Connect has Save as Draft feature. You can goto your Connect Profile page, if there are any saved, it will be displayed between “Badges Earned” and “Activitiy Feed”.

Good luck.

ps. With situation like this, that is when you receive errors while posting, the first thing to do is do a copy of the content in your writing box. Just in case the Auto Save is not working.

**Hi @HelloSamsonR **

I’m so sorry to hear that. But as far as I know you can find that at your profile page. Plz don’t be angry. I hope you are using connect in chrome. When you start typing in cell phone it start saving your msg after 10-15 seconds. In case you lost that thread just press back button and click on three dots at top right corner of chrome. Request for desktop.

Same procedure in PC too, just leave the window in which you were typing. Open second window go to your profile.

Plz let me know if I’m wrong.

@deepakjhic the post never saved, I checked my draft item I couldn’t find it :(. I did all I could and couldn’t see it. Nothing actually saved at all. Am surprised. I was actually typing it on my mobile using chrome. It’s okay, I will try to see if I can write at a better time, right now am on the go and can’t write the way I was at home earlier on. @StephenAbraham has just dropped a thread of 360 please check that out too to gain more insight.
