There is no daily limit for submitting the roads. For renaming it will take few days - few weeks / month’s time for review, if the information is correct it will be get approved. For new roads it will be taken few days - weeks / months time for review. You will get the approval after reviewing and also there is chances to get rejection too. Few of new roads are get approval / rejection in few hours only.
For the quick approval don’t add too much long roads add shortly. If there’s any connection roads (street) first add the main road which is important and after approval connect other roads.
