I think you just type your reply, and everyone in the message will be alerted and can read your reply.

Thank you for the kind clarification. I understand, there’s no need to add recipients, any reply sent to the sender will be visible to all recipients.

@MortenCopenhagen , yes, I have verified, it is working the way you think. There is no option to select ‘Reply all’ but reply go to all automatically, when we reply to the sender.

Thank you @TravellerG ji, for asking me to clarify. Apologies for not discussing this in detail. For example; Sender A sent me a pm with copies to four others. I did not find the option ‘Reply all’. When I reply to Sender A, my response is automatically sent to all five recipients, even if I don’t select ‘Reply All’. This behavior differs from Gmail or other emails. Hope I am clear now.
