How do I unblock Biking Directions in my country?

I am a local Guide contributor and GIS data producer for my region (gov), I live in Reunion, a department/region of France

I would like to know how to unlock Biking directions, because the layer is not available on Google Maps, we have a fairly complete set of data sets on the bike paths open data flux + gpx.

How do I submit my data set and unlock it

Biking direction is for sure available in Maps in France.
I am not a GIS expert, but I have added several biking road all around the world, and if I ask Maps about how to reach Paris by bicycle this is what I get

In any case for sure you can upload your data in Google Maps. I did it on behalf of a municipality in Italy to upload all the mountain trails of a park, and they were all live in Maps in a few days: Bolognola senza segreti col Gps | Cronache Maceratesi

They work pretty fast.
