I’d like to have all my posts deleted and unsubscribe from any Emails that Google keeps sending me, is there an admin that can do that for me.

As explained in the link @MortenCopenhagen shared with us here, you can leave the Local Guides program from the Opt-out-page.
I also suggest you to read that article carefully in order to understand the consequences of your actions, some of which can be irreversible.
About your Connect posts, deleting them is not possible.
About the emails you receive from Google, you can check the Google Account Help page, where you will find all the answers on the topic.
