I do receive the emails when a business replies to me. This issue has only been active for a few days. I noticed this happening roughly 4 days ago. As I was scrolling though my reviews on Google Maps, it appeared that a review I had a reply on disappeared. I thought that was strange and as I kept on scrolling through many reviews, I noticed more and more were not showing up for me. (I should have mentioned that in my original post).
If I go back to my emails and click on “See reply” it will bring me to the reply in the Google Maps app.
However, this is the only way I am able to view a reply.
