How do I add Transit Information to Google Sat Nav?

In the Greek Islands the big problem getting around is that there is VERY LITTLE info on bus timetables. In most other countries one can simply input the FROM and TO in Google Maps and select Transit and instantly see all available buses, trains etc AND when next one is due.

Is this the type of work a Local Guide can do to bring Greece into the digital age ( as it WANTS to)

Unfortunately the answer is: you cannot.

Only transit companies can add information on the Transit layer.

What you can do is to show the next link to the transit company, for them to partner with Google and improve their information in Google Maps
