How can I edit the name of a road?

Hello! How can I edit/correct a road name on the maps…our street name is Garnet not Gamet as posted on the maps. Due to this the driver or rider have a hard time thinking if they are on the right street becsuse there is a difference on the physical and virtual. Thanks so much.

Thanks for reaching out!

You can suggest an edit to a road’s name via the “send feedback” option on Google Maps. If you’re using the desktop version, click on the “send feedback” at the bottom or in the left hand side menu and then select the road you want to correct.

On the smartphone version of map you need to highlight the road in question first, and then select “suggest an edit”. Please see this article for more information.

Hola gente buen dia, hay un lugar aca en buenos aires argentina en donde las calles estan mal, con sus nombres, queria consultar como modificarlo si alguno me ayuda se lo agradecería. Que sigan bien :raised_hands:

Hola, @Leanparedes , gracias por contactarnos.Tu podes enviar un comentario con la sugerencia del nombre correcto. Para eso, por favor, abre Google Maps en tu computadora. Haz clic en el “Menú”. En la parte inferior, haz clic en “enviar comentarios”. Haz clic en “Corregir Dirección”. Haz clic en el mapa en el punto donde está calle que quieres corregir y agrega el nombre correcto. En Android, la app de Google Maps, es muy similar. Presiona tu foto de perfil o la letra inicial de tu nombre y luego “Ayuda y comentarios” y luego “Enviar comentarios”. Busque en el Mapa la dirección que quieres corregir y haz clic en ella. Espero haber ayudado,
