How can I add photos to a street or city?

Hello, I have seen multiple instances of people having added photos to city’s or streets like on the example picture. I would really like to do the same, but I can’t find how to do it.

I would really appreciate it if someone would be able to tell me how to do this. I use google maps on iOS and google chrome my windows laptop. And I am level 8.

Most of the photos you have seen when you explore a city are not added to the city, but simply to a business in the city.

Then Google maps highlight the most relevant, that appear also when you search for a city, or a country, in Google Maps.

According to Add, remove, or share photos and videos “You can’t add photos or videos to addresses”

Time by time someone have however find a way to bypass this limitation, and they have to be reported, so thanks for letting know about this Local Guide.
