Hotel Victor Hugo Paris Kleber is a big cheater, they cheat people by making false claims and stories to charge them for what they have not consumed, they are a big liar, Hence I would recommend everyone not to stay with them or have any association with them, I had a very bad experience with them hence I do not want anyone to face this kind of cheating. Their manager and staff both try to steal money from people when they are ou of their room and charge for something which we have not consumed, so stay away from them
