Guayaquil de Ecuador es una de las ciudades más grandes y de mayor población del país, Rutas como Norte-Sur, Sur-Norte, Ingresos a la Ciudad por los puentes y los ingreso al centro por la parte Oeste son un caos en los horarios picos.
Mi ruta generalmente es Sur-Norte en las mañana, una de las opciones es la Av. 25 de Julio - Quito, resulta que esta calle en gran tramo es compartido por la metro vía, entonces si sales antes de las 7:00am la verdad el tráfico es manejable y de las 7:00am - 08:30am ya se pone y con muchos carros, ahora bien hasta aproximadamente las 09:30 los vigilantes de transito permiten el ingreso de particulares a las vías exclusivas de la metro vía
Estos tramos de hora se repiten en casi todas las rutas, y por alguna razón en las horas las zonas más truncada es la de Norte-Sur.
Me gustaría alguna experiencia de otros usuarios sobre cómo evitar el congestionamiento, sobre todo considerando que estas rutas dentro de la ciudad prácticamente la hacen solo unas cuantas calles

@afserran Google Maps navigation should already take the traffic condition into consideration when creating a route to your destination. It should help a little, but it’s very limited to what possible roads are there to your destination.
If not already, you can turn on the “traffic” layer on your Google Maps app, by hitting the layer button on your upper right screen, and selecting Traffic under Map details. And as you are navigating, Google Maps occasionally should suggest a better route along the way if it finds one, especially when there is a change of traffic situation or pattern due to un-predicted accident or breakdown.
The other thing I sometimes do is just to look at the map and see the traffic conditions on the roads, and manually decide where to re-route to, which then Google Maps should just automatically re-route to the best route.
The above helps me in my commute. Just keeping myself reminded that technology will help within the limits of what the real world situation is, it won’t magically make roads clear.
