My name is Ignacio, and I am a proud Local Guide from Calgary, Canada. I love sharing honest reviews about local restaurants and wine shops, as I am a foodie and wine enthusiast. I keep a long list of restaurants on my phone with a ranking, and I make sure to provide reviews to those places, and some times that leads to pretty amazing collaborations. Once, I took a picture of a brand new wine store added it to google maps. I also provided a review after my visit, and they wrote me back inviting me to come in and meet the staff. They greeted me with a big smile and a glass of wine, and they took me around the store and asked for my honest opinion on different things such as: variety of products, display of products, advertising, atmosphere, etc. I had a blast with them and that has become my go to Wine store in town. I now know the owner and constantly get invitations to private wine tastings in their store.
That is an example of why I love providing honest feedback. What started as a simple picture, became this big collaboration between myself and the staff from Rocky Mountain Wine Spirits and Beer store.
