Today I have tried to imitate the cooking style of one of the famous Mayapuri -Delhi’s, chole kulche. (India
).
This includes matar (chole) which is full of Amul Butter, all spices, and garnished with coriander leaves and ginger Julienne. Chole is served with maida kulcha which is baked with butter and spices to make it soft and spicy. And finally the whole thing is served with butter fried spicy onion and tomatoes
and green chillies
…
This one of the famous food of delhi and there are lot of old and famous shops are there who serve chole kulche for past 100 years.
I highly recommend to taste chole kulche if visit delhi.
Thanks

@AlinkaNikitina thanks for your compliment.
Thank yoi for sharing the most famous Indian food for breakfast @HimalayaButta !.
I would like to taste the spicy Punjabi chole kulche, your looks great!
From what I understand it is basically using spicy chickpeas (Chole) and potatoes cooked in a sauce based on tomatoes, onions, all served inside a fried Indian flatbread (Kulche).
Looks delicious, thank you for sharing your recipe @HimalayaButta
