We, Bengalis love to eat Fish Curry with Rice also it’s the staple food of Bengal.
Today I made, my personal favorite Prawn Curry for lunch. I used Lobsters, and cooked it along with diced Potatoes and Brinjal/Eggplant . So glad to share the pictures of this delicious recipe. In this lock down, do cook some tasty dishes at home, its healthy and nutritious and will also gives you a complete mind refreshment from the daily monotony. After all , we foodies know that food is the key to our happiness . It’s a very simple recipe so do try to make it in your kitchen too.
