Hello @juna999 ,
Thank you for sharing with us, looks really delicious. Indian food is always a good option! ![]()
Hi @juna999 ,
I love samosas, but I have always thought that it is really difficult to prepare it at home and maintaining them crispy and fragrant. Did you make them by yourself? Which is the type of chutney that you showed us in the picture?
Hi @Sorbe
You can visit my blog hlthyfoodindia on the blogspot site. Thanks

Hi @IshantHP_ig ,
Thank you for sharing those yummy samosas. I have never tried them with this green chutney. How is prepared this sauce? Is there a specific time of the day in which you prefer to eat them?
Hello @BorrisS Good morning:)
As i feel you Love India and the good food of India also.
Now many questions are revolving in my mind:
Have you ever been in India?
Do you know about the taste of samosa;)
Hello @Sorbe Good afternoon:)
I am really surprised that you know about samosa, where you eat samosa ?
Have you already visit in India?
Now i want to share something about Green sauce which you ask me: it’s prepared by the fresh leaves of Coriander, some table salt, powdered form of red chilly, 2-3 cloves of garlic, powdered cumin seeds powder. Take all these ingredients in a mixer and make a liquid form by mixing it to 2 to 3 minutes finally your green sauce is ready. You can eat this sauce with your snacks and you can eat with roasted chicken it’s really gives a good taste on it. ![]()
I think this recepie will be beneficial for @BorrisS also :), so i am tagging you. If you want to try spicy then you can add it in your snacks ![]()
Hello @IshantHP_ig ,
I have been to India many times only through books, lots of readings, images, and films, but never in real. However, I would love to visit this country, as everything there is so fascinating and its diversity makes it so beautiful.
The only place where I had samosas was in an Indian restaurant in France and Bulgaria as well, loved it . ![]()
Ohh good to hear about the taste of Samosa which is quite popular in France and Bulgaria. But i have not visited in the above two countries, i hope in future got a chance to enjoy a Indian snack which is made in overseas.
Thank a lot for sharing your views
@BorrisS
@IshantHP_ig , you’re welcome and thank you for the recipe. You know, it’s not very easy to find a real Indian restaurant in the place where I live, as most of them try to adapt to the local taste, but there is at least one or two which are really good and authentic. ![]()
Thanks @BorrisS
For sharing the feedback with me. Really feel good to talk with you.
