Whenever I recall my childhood, I always cherish the memories of fasting for the reason that, " I will get to eat sago today ".
Sago is one of my favorite dishes which I can have any-time, any-where.
Ingredients:
Sago,
Crushed Peanuts
Black Salt
Coriander
Cumin
Recipe
Soak the sago in water for 2 hours.
After 2.2 hours, remove its water, squeeze the sago and keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
After this, take soaked sago in another bowl and add crushed peanuts, black salt & coriander in it.
Mix well.
Make small-small balls of it.
Now heat ghee/butter/oil in a non-sticky APAAM Parta, add cumin seeds, and fry it lightly.
Now add the prepared mixture of sago balls into the Patra.
Heat them for 5 min and you are ready to serve the dish.
Try, you will love this.
