It’s one of the super spicy food of India

You will try this if you like to eat spicy food.

The water of pani puri contains spices such as:

  • Coriander powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Red chilly powder
  • Lemon juice
  • Paste of coriander leaves
  • Mint leaves paste
  • Table salt

We have to mix all these ingredients in water @sonnyNg

Anyone unaware of what Holi is, would be a scholar after reading this amazing post.

I love how extensively you defined each and everything, not to mention the significance of the colors we use.

@IshantHP_ig Your bright pictures reminded me of how I used to celebrate holi in India, the first picture is so creative & the rest images exhibiting delicious Pani puri, Gujia left me drooling. Love everything about this article.

@IshantHP_ig , I have heard of several celebrations of Holi in our main cities - Sofia and Plovdiv, but unfortunately I’ve never attended one. By the way, today we celebrate the Spring equinox or The First day of spring as a symbol of a new beginning, though we don’t have such a big celebration on this. We just express good wishes or give flowers to each other.
