Hello @Midhunnileshwar thanks for taking interest in reading post:)
You also play Holi in your state ?
Is Holi known by any other name there? And what other activities you do on Holi.
Wish you safe and colourful Holi.
I love the colorful celebrations
@IshantHP_ig , Happy HOLI!
Like many who have said to you here, this is an amazing and well written post on this Indian holiday.
Before being active here on Connect I never heard of this holiday (sorry for being an ignorant American). But every year the photos and many Local Guides have shared here on Connect helps explain this holiday more and more for Local Guides like me who never knew the importance and significance of HOLI.
Thank you for taking the time to write in such detail- including the use of Vaseline (always wondered about this) and the foods (can’t help to drool with envy) eaten on this special holiday - it’s the first time I have read so much about this. It was like Wikipedia, but at first person experience level.
Cheers,
Karen

Hi @IshantHP_ig
Sadly, color powder events are banned in Japan because of the danger of dust explosions. I will only experience in India🤔. I think it is also important to follow traditional events😊
Hello @IshantHP_ig ,
Thank you for tagging me, and Happy Holi! Thank you for sharing all these details and amazing photos with us, I enjoyed every single element in your post.
I got first introduced to Holi via some Indian films, but never really knew what was the significance of each color, till you explained it all.
I know that, in the recent years, Holi crossed the borders of India and spread to other countries. Bulgaria is no exception, and more precisely the city of Plovdiv.
Thank you once again, these colors just made my day.
