It’s one of the best Spanish dish. It’s a dish of rice with mixture of seafood, white fish, like tilapia, squids, skinless chicken breast, sll cut small pieces, green peas, bell peppers, herbs, wedges of lemon and shrimps as garnish. Cooked in a special pan, round with hands. ¡Bueno apetito!
I visited Madrid last week and that was my first time in Spain. I was impressed by the culture and how positive and warm are the people there. The meal that I liked the most there is exactly paella. In my culture the dishes are a bit different, so I enjoyed the kitchen there a lot. Here is a photo of the paella that I ate:
@PoliMC , thank you for your nice words and your paella is much better than mine. I ate mine in restaurant in Tetwan, in North of Morocco. Very close to Spain and this is why they cook it like Spanish people. They are the best in that cuisine and seafood too.
You know that Morocco was colonized by Spanish in the North and most customs and lifestyle is Spanish. They’re very fluent in Spanish language. You could visit Morocco because you were so close maybe next time.
Wau, it’s super nice that you visited Marocco! I want also visit it so next time for sure. If you have photos from there, feel free to create a new post with them and with description about it!
