Historic City of Cabo Frio

Cabo Frio is one of the oldest cities of Rio de Janeiro, which in itself already arouses curiosity in the matter of the mixture of ancient desing and a neoclassical / picturesque.

The regions that most have old buildings, are in the vicinity of the beaches and in the center of the city, which even has easy access, be it by public transport (the same does not have bilingual support, only the native language, which is Portuguese.) , locomotion applications, for example uber, or on foot because the city is very small and the tourist area itself does not have a very big radius, but make no mistake, even the city being small it has much to offer! Local commerce has a lot to offer, starting with restaurants catering to all kinds of culinary tastes, be it vegan or omnivorous, but one particular point is the seafood and other varieties of the sea! Seriously, there are some vendors on the beach who serve clams or oysters for their client, which is very quirky.

Besides the city, it can offer you a lot of history, starting with the fort beach

That besides having a white sand, to be super clean and to have the crystalline water in one of its tips and in the other a phenomenal navy blue, in addition has much history of the period in which one tried to enter Brazil through its arms and paths ports. At last there is a multitude of things to do in this magnificent city, but only for those who like something more calm and casual, for those who enjoy adrenaline and a lot of movement, it can end up leaving something to be desired!

But in my simple opinion, the city is perfect to enjoy a family holiday and really seek to know the history of the city itself, in addition to taking advantage of the tours that are offered in tourist agencies, one of the several times I went there I chose make a package that offered diving and found it simply phenomenal as there was so much marine life in that region, plus a landscape that left me dazzled!

Anyway, it would be a city that I would like to live in, besides being super beautiful it is very well organized and crime is very low compared to some other places in Brazil.

And I sincerely hope that all of you who come to know Cabo Frio have a great experience, just like I did!
