There are various gardens around town until I cannot say which one I have visited. However, visiting them in Winter doesn’t feel full because there weren’t flowers or interesting plants like in Spring or Summer. This community botanical garden covers 10.5-acre of display gardens, woodlands and trails reclaimed from a suburban brownfield (Google Map is here)
I went to this park which is not very far from SEATAC (Seattle-Tacoma) Airport in Seattle. I love the fact that whenever the airplanes descending I could see them very clear from under. In the garden, there are big trees, playing area and sport area as well. Well, there were not many things to see in Winter though, but the park offer sport and activities so jogging in the park will do justice. In it, there is a very small Japanese garden. Seike Japanese garden is small one located at the edge of the park. It was opened in 2006 and was dedicated to the son and brother who lost his life in the 2nd World War. It is now belong to King County.
