The “Elevate” is the highest rooftop bar and restaurant in Colombo (also in Sri Lanka). The rooftop bar is situated on the 30th floor of the “Access Tower II” and the restaurant is on the 29th floor.

It has a members lounge and restaurant on the 29th floor.

The food is good, and it has a 4.5 rating on Google Maps.

This restaurant will not be the highest restaurant in Colombo for a long time. As soon as the restaurant on the Lotus tower opens, it will take this honor.

I don’t know about the UK, but Manchester has one big high rise tower. 554m

And has a “indoor” bar half way up. where the over hang is in the picture. And you can walk on a glass floor! eke.
