In today’s society where the choices are limitless, customer service should be at an all-time high. Establishments & attractions vying for your business. Unfortunately this is not the case more often than not. So, for over 20 years, I have made it my mission to provide everyday people with information about establishments, eateries, & landmarks - locally, nationally & worldwide. The time & money I spend should be relative to the experience I am paying for or taking the time to visit. When it isn’t, I am not afraid to let others know about it. I do however, try to ensure that if there is good during the experience, I tell you about it. After all, we all have bad days. Being a foodie, cooking & baking since I was 5, I often find it difficult to go out to eat & have an experience that meets or exceeds one that I would provide. To me, dining out, whether it’s fast food, casual, or fine dining, your time & money should create an experience for you to remember & even evoke pleasant memories from your past. An elation of sorts. I seek this experience during short trips & vacations as well, the highlights hopefully being my dining experiences. I am not as concerned with price as I am quality to price ratio.
