I travel mainly to discover local food and traditions — to me, a traditional dish tells the story of a place just as much as a monument does.
My travel style is a mix: I do a lot of research before I go so I don’t miss anything, but I also leave room for spontaneity once I’m there — and when a place really wins me over, I’m happy to slow down and take my time.
On Google Maps I review pretty much everything: bars and restaurants, but also the main attractions of every city, right down to more remote spots off the usual tourist trail. In my food reviews I try to be thorough — covering dishes, prices, atmosphere, and service, so readers get a real picture of the experience.
