Hi Community, I need guidance - My reviews, pictures are not showing. Its been more than 7 days when I posted my first reviews with the pictures. Please guide me where I am making a mistake?
@olivia85
Sometimes, new reviews and photos may take time to appear due to Google’s moderation process.
Check Your Contribution Status – Ensure your account is in good standing and not flagged for policy violations.
Review Google’s Policies – Some content may be filtered if it doesn’t meet guidelines.
Try Reposting – If your review isn’t visible after a week, consider editing and resubmitting it.
Contact Support – If the issue persists, you can seek help from the Google Maps Help Community.
Hope this helps!
Thank you. I’ll do the steps to check first at my end.

Hello @olivia85 welcome to the Local Guides Connect community!
Two more hints besides @MehediHasanTanvir’s correct suggestions:
- The text of all reviews, as well as all posted photos and videos are checked by a SPAM filter. If you attach one or more photos to a review and only one photo or video is rejected, the entire review and all other attached media is not published (“hidden” or “private”). So whenever you realize, a review is not published, as a first step, I suggest to remove all photos and see, if text-only is published. If so, you can the photos one by one again, to understand which one was rejected by the filter.
